WEBSITE RETURNS:
There are no returns on website services, however you can cancel your website service at anytime. You will not be reimbursed for partial or pre-paid months.
GRAPHIC DESIGN RETURNS:
There are no returns on graphic design services.
PRINT•SHOP RETURNS:
Returns are accepted for any printed items that are delivered to you with flaws. Please contact us immediately by e-mail at [email protected]. Please include pictures so that we can correct the issue & reprint. New items will be printed & shipped out immediately. You have 15 days to return flawed prints to receive a free reprint.
